Dressing For Different Occasions

Most people are aware that in most cultures the wearing of clothes is seen as a social activity. For example, it is not uncommon to see young children dressing up in their Sunday best (if they can get their hands on any) and playing in the street with his or her clothes on. Such social rituals might involve the exchange of presents between children and parents, or a performance of some kind which is marked by the exchanging of clothes or accessories between children. Even among adults clothing is still considered to be important and considered a mark of distinction for some. A suit and tie is usually considered the ultimate in 'formal' clothes.

There are many different types of clothing for different occasions. Clothing for formal occasions is usually very elaborate whereas informal clothes tend to be more modest and flexible in their design. Formal clothing is generally worn by people at work, on state occasions or in certain specific situations such as an official party. Informal clothing on the other hand is worn in everyday life and tends to be much more relaxed.

There are many different kinds of clothing that fall into the category of dress for different occasions. A dress for a wedding is something completely different from a dress for a cocktail party. For example you would never wear a skirt or a bathing suit at a wedding but it is perfectly acceptable to wear one or two items of semi-formal clothing like a dress or a bathing suit. You may be able to wear a skirt if you are going to a beach wedding or a luncheon but for a wedding or some other very formal occasion, you need to stick to the traditional full-length dresses or the longer length skirts.

When you are choosing clothing you have to choose clothing that is comfortable and easy to move in. It should be well fitted and flattering to your body type. If you are short and/or fat you will need to avoid clothing that is too tight as this will make your body look larger than it is. If you are tall and thin, you will want to steer away from clothing that is too loose as this will make you look even shorter than you actually are.

The most common clothing item is a t-shirt. A t-shirt looks great with almost everything and there are many different styles of t-shirts including tank tops, crew necks, tube, and V-neck t-shirts. Women can easily accessorize their clothing with items such as a blazer, a scarf, or purse. Men also have many options available to them when it comes to clothing. For men, they can choose between pants, jackets, and vests.

A pair of standard jeans is the most basic item of clothing that a man can wear. You can either find jeans that are form fitting or ones that are more baggy and loose. Men can dress up their jeans with a sweater, leather or denim jacket, or a scarf to complete the look.

Dressing for different occasions is not always a problem. As long as you have appropriate clothing for each occasion it does not matter what you choose to wear. There are so many different possibilities for what you can put on to create an outfit that is unique. A woman can add sparkle to her outfit with different jewels, beads, and other accessories that are not strictly clothing. You can easily accessorize any outfit that you are wearing to create a stunning look that will leave everyone in awe.

History of Clothes

Before clothing became a socially regulated institution, clothing was worn mainly for utilitarian reasons like protection from the cold or from the heat of the sun. There are descriptions in Egyptian texts of the process of making clothes and the items that were used for it, which give us an insight of how clothes are worn. Details of clothing styles in Egyptian art and texts written during the pharaohs' reign suggest that clothing had become more than just protection from the elements or used for utilitarian reasons. They also show that Egyptian women wore elaborate dresses and makeup, indicating the lavishness of their lifestyle. It can therefore be concluded that although clothing had been important for the ancient Egyptian society, it did not become as important as it is today. One of the earliest descriptions of clothing that can be found in Egyptian texts is the mention of 'ka' which meant garment or dress. In the course of time, clothing gradually too

However, there has been some significant modification in the designs of these traditional clothes, as western clothing styles have come into India and as new technologies open up new possibilities for clothing manufacturing and distribution. Gender Distinction The Indian clothing market has always had a lot of discrimination against women in the society. Though this has changed a little bit, especially in the last couple of decades, the social prejudice against women in the Indian society still persists. However, the situation is slowly beginning to change, with more women getting i
